 (B)Research Activities -

  1. On editorial board of two International Journals namely, World Journal of Organizational Dynamics and World Journal of Human Resources.
  2. Regular reviewer of papers for journals like World Journal of Organizational Dynamics, World Journal of Human Resources, International Journal of Enterprise Network Management and International Journal of Globalization and Small Business.
  3. Guiding 6 Ph D and 3 M Tech research scholars to carry out innovatiove research in these areas.
  4. Presented papers on research findings at various national/international conferences, including some in countries like USA, UK and Australia.

c)      Future Plans

  1. To organize short term courses for faculty as well as students on Entrepreneurship Development; Business Incubation; TQM etc.
  2. To organize national/international conferences on areas like Entrepreneurship Development; Business Incubation; TQM etc.
  3. To try for sponsored research projects on these areas.
  4. To encourage industry-institute interaction, try for consultancy projects in the areas Six Sigma and TQM.

Sponsored R & D Projects - Completed a project under ‘Networking of Institutions’ under TEQIP on “Entrepreneurship Development Potential of Polytechnic Education System in Haryana: Relevance, Analysis and Directions”. (Project Cost: Rs. 90 Thousands).in February, 2009.  

Contribution :

1.Organized three seminars of two days each under TEQIP on diverse aspects of entrepreneurship and business management.

2.Organized two weeks Faculty Development Programme (FDP) “Entrepreneurship Awareness among Engineering Faculty” from 25 June, 2007 to 4 July, 2007 in the department of Mechanical.

3.Engineering, NIT, Kurukshetra. This course was sponsored by AICTE.Conducted practical classes for AMIE  students in the department in 2009, 2010 and 2011

4.As Professor-in-Charge (Results), was responsible for the compilation, correction and declaration of the end semester final results of the students of NIT, Kurukshetra in the period Oct.2004 to Oct. 2006.

5.As member of College Library Committee, was acting as a link between the department and the college library from Sep.2004 to Oct. 2008.

 6.As Professor-in-Charge (Department Time Table), responsible for preparation of department time table and coordination with institute time table from 1998 to 2009. 7.Associated with TEQIP project on modernization of institute workshop and preparation of detailed reports for various purchases/inspections etc.

8.Member of many college and department purchase and stock verification committees. 9.Active Participation in cultural and sports festivals, literacy programmes, anti ragging activities and other disciplinary inquiry committees.

10.Full contribution in all types of examination work like paper setting and evaluation.

11.Frequent visits to exhibitions and premier institutions for lab development and research purposes.

12.Worked as Professor-in-charge of Entrepreneurship Development Cell, Industry Institute Partnership Cell and Industry Institute Interaction Cell from 2008 to 2010.

13.Presently working as Professor-in-charge for Exrension Lectures in the Institute.
