Right To Information Act
NOTIFICATION
In order to promote openness, transparency and accountability in administrations, Government of India has enacted the Right to Information Act, 2005 imposing the obligations on every public authority to provide information to the person seeking it.
In terms of Section 5(1) of the Right to Information Act 2005, the under-mentioned officers of this Institute are hereby designated as Public Information Officer (PIO) and Assistant Public Information Officer (APIOs) to give information as per the Right to Information Act, 2005, in respect of the specific subject matter mentioned against their names:-
