The 18th (Diamond Jubilee year) Convocation of NIT Kurukshetra is scheduled to be held on 29th November, 2022 (Tuesday). Hon’ble President of India has very kindly consented to be the Chief Guest on the occasion.
All the invitees to the 18 th Convocation, Degree Recipients, Faculty, and Staff members are advised to follow the Kirmich Road Main Gate of NIT Kurukshetra to enter the Institute premises on 29 November 2022.

18th (Diamond Jubilee) Convocation Data Collection Form [ This Form is Must for all the Degree Recipients]
The 18th (Diamond Jubilee) Convocation is likely to be held in the month of October-2022. In this convocation, the students of UG (B.Tech), PG (M.Tech, MCA & MBA) and Ph.D. who have been found eligible to recieve the degree in the year 2020 (A.Y. 2019-2020) and year 2021 (A.Y. 2020-2021), will be conferred degrees. The date of convovation will be finalised soon and the same will be notified on the institute website under this page.
08.09.2022: List of degree recipients (last date for correction in the particulars is 15-09-2022).
The students are requested to verify their details i.e name, father name ( in Hindi & English) and report for any discrepency through email on convocation@nitkkr.ac.in email-id with valid proof. The name of the student and father will be printed on the degree as per the 10th Mark Sheet/Certificate as decided by the BOG of the Institute.

Please note that there will be no physical registration after 5:30 pm,03.03.2017(Friday) including in the morning of 04.03.2017(Saturday). No request in this regard will be entertained.
Please note that only degree recipients who have registered , took part in rehearsal and in convocation apparel will only be allowed to sit in the convocation arena.
