Dr. Priyanka Sihag is an Assistant Professor in Human Resource Management at the Department of Business Administration, National Institute of Technology (NIT), Kurukshetra. She holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida, and an MBA in HRM from NCU, Gurugram. She brings over 12 years of academic experience and previously served as Assistant Professor at MNIT Jaipur.
Her research interests include Employee Engagement, Sustainable HRM, Organizational Effectiveness, Gen Y Engagement, Psychological Capital, and High-Performance Work Systems. She has published widely in reputed ABDC-ranked international journals and conferences.
Dr. Priyanka has taught diverse HR and management courses such as Human Resource Analytics, Leadership & Change Management, Cross-Cultural Management, and Compensation Management. She has guided two doctoral scholars and has held key academic roles, including Associate Faculty In-Charge (Training & Placement), NIRF Nodal Officer, MBA Program Advisor, and Coordinator for Social Media & Website Upgradation.
