Major Functions of General Administration Section:
- Establishment:
- Maintenance of Personal Files, Service Books, Leave records, Pay fixation etc of faculty and Non Teaching staff
- LTC related activities of all faculty and Non teaching staff
- Confirmation of the employees on completion of probation period
- Promotion, Financial upgradation and pay fixation of all faculty and Non Teaching staff
- Work related with retirement benefits and Pension orders for faculty and non teaching staff
- Works related to disciplinary matters, police verification, performance report etc of the employees
- Grievance Redressal Cell works
- Receipt & issue of mails
- General:
- Recruitment of regular faculty & non faculty positions
- Recruitment of contractual non faculty positions
- Engagement of man power through outsourcing mode
- Preparation of General Agenda for the BoG meetings
- Issuance of office orders, notifications on various issues after obtaining approval from the competent authority
- Appreciation to non teaching staff working under different department and sections
- Coordination of training programme for employees
- All legal related works
- Maintain various miscellaneous works relating to General Administration
- Promotion of non-faculty staff
- Coordination work for the Institute Annual Report
- Promotion of Hindi Language
- Public Information/RTI works
- Preparation of Statistical Information
- Advertisement related works
- Issuance of ID Card to the employees
- Facility of Cashless Medical Insurance to the students, employees and their dependants.
- Coordination of Online Grievances
- Management of Institute Guest House
